The Mt. Pleasant Jaycees exists for active young citizens who want to bring energy and insight through volunteerism and networking. We aim to build personal and professional relationships as we work together on projects to strengthen and grow our local community.

  • The Junior Chamber provides personal and professional development opportunities that enrich the lives of our members and position them as the premier young leaders in our local area.

    In addition, our chapter has organized the Mt. Pleasant Craft Beer Festival in downtown Mt. Pleasant for the past 8 years!

  • The Junior Chamber not only creates awareness for young people on issues or problems facing the community, but involves them in developing and implementing sustainable solutions.

  • We generate unique opportunities for young people to network and interact at a variety of cultural, arts, sporting, and community events throughout the local area.

Creating Positive Change

Since 2014, the Mt. Pleasant Jaycees have hosted the Mt. Pleasant Craft Beer Festival (MPCBF). Subsequently, over $245,000 has been raised for our local community. The MPCBF is open to anyone 21 years of age and older. Revelers will have the opportunity to sample some of finest beer and ciders from the great state of Michigan!
